San Diego Kids Photographer | just the grandkids

All the grandkids were in town and all in one place … the perfect time to get fun beach photos (on a cloudy overcast, summer day in San Diego).  This group of kids was a lot of fun. Rounding them all up was quite a fete.  Two of those kids belong to my boys’ orthodontist (I am on Tucker with his rubber bands Trish:P).  I think all five kids had fun racing, jumping and getting to run around all over the beach with each other.  Here are some favorites from our time together.

Pacific Beach Family Photographer | little Max

I’ve been photographing Max since he was a newborn… he’s just barely over one. But this is the third time and I just love seeing him and his mom and dad.  Their sessions never disappoint and Max is just about the cutest one year old there is.

Pacific Beach Family Photographer | the Witt family

I still giggle to myself when I think about this little girl chasing after my feet as I am trying to run backwards in the water to get far enough away from her to actually take her picture.  It was so cute and the delight on her face playing in the ocean was priceless.  Some two year olds are not that fond of the loud crashing waves but not this one… she couldn’t get enough of it.  I played lifeguard/photographer during this session.  Loved photographing this family.  We all left thoroughly soaked (that actually happens at all beach sessions:).

Del Mar Family Photographer | the Andrade family, at the beach

We were blessed with amazing weather this particular evening.  Beautiful sun setting with dark clouds gathering behind us.  You just can’t ask for more… except low tide.  We didn’t have that.  That would have been the most perfect scenario.  Here are a few favorites from our session.
