San Diego Kids Photographer | just the grandkids

All the grandkids were in town and all in one place … the perfect time to get fun beach photos (on a cloudy overcast, summer day in San Diego).  This group of kids was a lot of fun. Rounding them all up was quite a fete.  Two of those kids belong to my boys’ orthodontist (I am on Tucker with his rubber bands Trish:P).  I think all five kids had fun racing, jumping and getting to run around all over the beach with each other.  Here are some favorites from our time together.

San Diego Actor Photographer | Matthew

Matthew needed some headshots for some upcoming auditions he is going on.  Matthew is a talented kid… I’ve known him since he was three years old.  This first picture, he looks 20 (he’s only 15).  It’s really fun to see these kids I have known almost their whole lives turn into big people.  Good Luck with your audtions Matthew!

Balboa Park Family Photography | Steve, Stacey & Girls

These two twin girls (a rush on twins lately… my next shoot is twins also, funny) were so much fun.  They had a ball telling me where we were going to shoot and how to set up some of the shots.  I love that kind of thing.  It makes the sessions so great.  We toured around Balboa Park for the morning and ended up with some keepers.

And on another note, mom, Stacey is sisters with Teanna who I have photographed a lot (and love it every single time).  She and their other sister, Jamie gave Stacey a family session as a gift… such a good gift:)

This next one would be a pretty nice sized print in my home if it were of one of my boys…. It makes me want to set this shot up with Slater and do just that. Don’t be surprised if a future post shows up of my kids with similar ‘glasses’:P

Valentine treat printable

Many of you may not know that I am kind of on the crafty side.  I thought I would put together a little printable ziploc bag topper for you to download to make quick, easy, and cute valentines for your kids at school.  This printable will fit on any baggy that is 6.5″ wide (sandwich, snack size, etc).  You can also cut this topper so it isn’t quite as wide if you want.  You can print this on cardstock, photo paper or  plain typing paper.  Just click here to download and print this pdf (make sure you click off “print color as black” if your print screen says anything like this.  Then cut out, fold and staple over filled ziploc.

I may have to bring out more of my craftiness on this blog:)  Enjoy!

Los Angeles Family Photographer | the Hong family, at home

I have been dying to see how Max has grown up the last year.  And he is finally one and SO cute.  It’s amazing that a little newborn can go from that to a running, laughing, talking, toddler in just 12 months.  So many cute images of this little boy and his mom and dad.  I’ll begin with one of my very favorites.  Not sure why I love it so much except that it just shows Max laughing it up in his crib.
